Guangxi Energy Group was established through the reform and renaming of Guangtou Energy Group, a subsidiary of Guangtou Group, and Guangxi Energy Co., Ltd. was renamed and established by Guidong Electric Power, a listed company controlled by Guangxi Energy Group. Guangxi Energy Group has a registered capital of 6.097 billion yuan and manages 105 enterprises, including one controlling listed company. As of the end of 2022, its total assets exceeded 50 billion yuan and it is the largest local energy enterprise in Guangxi, ranking 23rd among the top 500 Chinese energy enterprises.
