On the morning of June 6, 2023, the main project of the 5GW high-efficiency heterojunction battery and module production base project of Hefei Huasheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. was officially started in Feixi County, which is also the largest single heterojunction battery production base in the world.

The 5GW high-efficiency heterojunction battery and module production base project of Hefei Huasheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. under construction this time has a planned land area of 410 mu and a total investment of about 5 billion yuan. The project mainly produces double-sided microcrystalline high-efficiency heterojunction batteries and modules. The single plant capacity design is 5GW, which is a key project of Feixi County.

The project is the benchmark of Huasheng Heterojunction 3.0 factory. When fully completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 7 billion yuan and tax revenue of 350 million yuan. It will attract more than 100 high-level photovoltaic professionals to settle down in Feixi County, solve about 2500 high-level jobs, and form a photovoltaic technology frontier industrial highland and industrial chain cluster in Feixi County.

This project will build a modern chemical factory in Feixi with the largest single unit production capacity, optimal process, most advanced technology, highest degree of automation and intelligence, and the most intensive cost in the heterojunction battery industry. Editor/Zhao E
