The Nairobi Park Road Affordable Housing project, undertaken by China Construction, is the first affordable housing project undertaken by the Kenyan government to improve people's livelihood. It covers an area of 32,000 square meters, with a floor area of 123,000 square meters, including 1,370 housing units and related supporting infrastructure.
