On June 8 local time, the Astana International Forum was officially opened at the World Expo Convention Center in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. This forum will be held from June 8th to 9th. Leaders of various countries, including Emir Tamim of Emir of Qatar, President Zaparov of President of Kyrgyzstan, Chairman in Office of the Bosnian Presidency (collective head) Zwianovic, and about 1000 participants from political circles, businesses and international organizations of various countries attended the forum.

The theme of this forum is "Overcoming Challenges through Dialogue: Towards Cooperation, Development, and Progress". During the forum, over 40 group meetings, informal discussions, and other themed activities will be held.
