On June 19, 2023, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between CCCC Group and the Inner Mongolia Government and the unveiling ceremony of CCCC (Inner Mongolia) Construction Development Co., Ltd. were held in Hohhot. Wang Tongzhou, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Communications Group, and Wang Haihuai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager; Wang Lixia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia and Chairman of the Autonomous Region, and Yao Yongbo, Vice Chairman of the Autonomous Region, attended the ceremony.

According to the agreement, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages in accordance with the principles of equal consultation, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit and win-win results, comprehensively deepen strategic cooperation relations in large transportation, large cities, rivers, lakes, seas, New Infrastructure, new energy and other fields, continue to innovate cooperation models, improve cooperation mechanisms, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

After signing the contract, the attending leaders jointly unveiled the brand of China Communications (Inner Mongolia) Construction and Development Co., Ltd.
Inner Mongolia Water Resources and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute was jointly funded and established in Hohhot. On the basis of covering traditional infrastructure business, the company will base itself on six major fields, including new energy, farmland water network, urban high standard construction, electric power facilities, ecological environmental protection, and comprehensive management of the Yellow River basin, to help the autonomous region complete the five tasks of two barriers, two bases, and one bridgehead, and strive to write a new chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Inner Mongolia. China Communications Group has always attached great importance to the operation and development of the Inner Mongolia market, deeply participating in the economic construction of Inner Mongolia, and investing in and constructing a large number of key projects in Inner Mongolia, involving multiple fields such as transportation infrastructure construction, urban comprehensive development, ecological environment governance, and rural revitalization.
