On June 21, 2023, a reporter from Jiandao Network learned from the Anhui Provincial Department of Transportation that the bidding announcement for the construction of the Ningguo Jingde section of the Anji Jingde Expressway roadbed project was officially released. This project is an important component of the Anhui Provincial Expressway network.

Project Overview

Ningguo Jingde Section of Anji Jingde Expressway is an important part of the expressway network in Anhui Province. It is the connecting line between G4012 Li Ning Expressway and S11 Wu Huang Expressway. It is also the need to speed up the construction of a tourist fast track from the developed areas of "Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai" to the "Mount Huangshan Mountain and Taiping Lake" in the east. The construction of this project is of great significance to further improve the structure of expressway network, give full play to the benefits of road network scale, fully integrate into the integrated development of the Yangtze Delta region, accelerate the interconnection with the Yangtze River Delta region, continue to drive the socio-economic and transportation development along the line, improve the external traffic links between the southern region of Ningguo and Jingde, and ease the traffic pressure on the G330 National Highway in the corridor.

The starting point of the project line is located in the north of Hule Village, Hule Town, Ningguo City, and the line is east-west. The starting point is the intersection of Hule Hub and G4012 Li Ning Expressway. After passing through Xiacun Village in the west, the route crosses Huanxi River, then runs along Mangchengwu River, passes through Fangdai Village, Yanglingen Village North, Yucun Village North, and Tuqiao Reservoir North in turn in the west, and connects with Jingde North in the west of Wanli Village to connect Jingba Road (Lingzhi Avenue) in Jingde County Economic Development Zone, and then crosses Huaxin Road (planned S207) in the west, and then sets a tunnel to cross Liushan, and then crosses Hefei Fuzhou High speed Railway under the existing bridge opening, and successively crosses Huishui River and G330, Caijiaqiao Interchange is set to connect G330, and finally ends at the west of Qingfeng Village, Caijiaqiao Village, Jingde County, connecting with S11 Wuhuang Expressway Jingde Interchange.

The project is constructed according to the standard of a two-way four lane highway, with a design speed of 100km/h, a roadbed width of 26.0m, and a bridge and culvert design vehicle load of Highway - Class I. The total length of the project route is approximately 32.006km (approximately 5.664km in Ningguo and 26.342 km in Jingde). A total of 11512.75 meters/23 bridges are set up along the entire line, including 1 super large bridge of 3480.0 meters, 21 large bridges of 7950.75 meters (including 2 separate overpasses), 1 medium bridge of 82.0 meters, 26 channels, and 21 culverts. Two new tunnels with a length of 1369.0 meters will be built, including one long tunnel with a length of 1109.0 meters and one short tunnel with a length of 260.0 meters; Set up 2 hub interchanges (new construction of Hule Hub and renovation and utilization of Jingde Hub), 2 service-oriented interchanges (new construction of Jingde North and relocation of Caijiaqiao), 1 new ramp toll station, 1 service area (Yucun), 1 maintenance work area, 1 tunnel management station, and 1 traffic law enforcement station. The total estimated amount of the project is 4.759 billion yuan.

Bidding scope and section division: The scope of this bidding is for roadbed engineering (including roadbed, bridge and culvert, tunnel engineering), including construction, inspection, defect period repair, and other work content. This bidding is divided into four construction sections, as follows:

Planned construction period: 24 months, planned entry time in July 2023, planned commencement time in August 2023 (subject to commencement order), and defect liability period of 2 years.
