Recently, the first phase of the Hainan Yangpu City Industry Integration Housing Project is rapidly advancing. This project is a key project in Hainan Province and the most important livelihood project in Yangpu Development Zone.

The investment amount of the first phase of the Hainan Yangpu City Industry Integration Housing Project is 4.468 billion yuan, with a total land area of 477.83 acres and a total construction area of 928900 square meters. The main construction includes 4922 relocation houses, along with 5 commercial buildings, 5 parking buildings, and 1 community center. After the project is completed, it will further improve the infrastructure of Yangpu Development Zone and optimize its business environment.
