On July 9, 2023, the X8008 Trans-Eurasia Logistics, loaded with goods, will arrive at Xi'an International Port Station, marking the arrival of the first Trans-Eurasia Logistics domestic and overseas full journey schedule return train in Xi'an.

When the Trans-Eurasia Logistics runs to the border ports, it has to be reloaded to the trains in various countries for continuous operation. Because there were no requirements and restrictions on the running time in the previous reloading operation, it was unable to achieve rapid and smooth handover, which affected the overall transport efficiency of the Trans-Eurasia Logistics. In order to promote the formation of a stable domestic and overseas transportation efficiency of Trans-Eurasia Logistics and better meet customer logistics needs, China Railway Co., Ltd. and the railway departments of the countries along the route of Trans-Eurasia Logistics will organize the opening of the Trans-Eurasia Logistics from Xi'an, China to Duisburg, Germany from October 2022 after several rounds of consultation and communication, which is also the only route of Trans-Eurasia Logistics with a full schedule in China.

The arrival of this train marks the first time that the Trans-Eurasia Logistics has realized exchanges between domestic and overseas schedule trains, which has injected new momentum into the service of the the Belt and Road construction and the trade exchanges of countries along the Silk Road.
