In terms of imports, the import of components reached 754 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 4.1%. The import of complete machines reached 336 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 27.8%. The main products with increased import volume include crawler excavators, stackers, bulldozers with less than 320 horsepower, etc.

In terms of exports, the export of components reached 6.149 billion US dollars, an increase of 8.69% year-on-year. The export of complete machines reached 14.602 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 42.4%. From January to May, the main machines with increased export volume include crawler excavators, electric forklifts, loaders, diesel forklifts, other truck cranes, elevators and escalators, and non highway Dump truck. The decrease in export volume mainly includes concrete pump truck, Pile driver and engineering drilling rig.

In terms of main export countries, from January to May 2023, exports to the Russian Federation reached 2.848 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 217.71%; Exports to India amounted to 735 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 35.1%; Exports to Africa and Latin America reached 3.536 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 22.4%; Exports to ASEAN amounted to 3.214 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%; Exports to the EU and the UK amounted to 2.867 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 13.9%; Exports to the United States reached 1.862 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 12.65%, accounting for 8.97%.
