The total investment of Khorgos Zhong'an Guoxin Energy Storage Industrial Park Project is about 50 billion yuan, covering an area of more than 12500 mu. It will be constructed in three phases: the first phase covers an area of 547 mu, and the second phase covers an area of 2000 mu, mainly producing large energy storage cabinet devices; The Phase III Battery Industry Chain Park covers an area of 10000 acres, with products mainly sold to countries such as Europe, America, Central Asia, and Russia. After the project is put into operation, the annual output value can reach 100 billion yuan.

After the foundation ceremony of the project, Yang Xiuli visited the "Advanced Production and Processing Zone" of Phase I of the Zhongan Guoxin Energy Storage Industrial Park project in Khorgos, and talked face to face with the person in charge of the enterprise, giving a detailed introduction to the development of Ili and Khorgos.
