For 65 years, China and Algeria have always shared weal and woe, stood by each other, understood and supported each other, and are sincere friends and natural partners on the path of pursuing common development and national rejuvenation.

Under the leadership of the head of state's diplomacy, China and Algeria have comprehensively and deeply developed their relations, continuously deepened political mutual trust, carried forward traditional friendship, and achieved fruitful practical cooperation, enhancing the well-being of the people of the two countries and regions, and effectively promoting the construction of a common destiny between China, Africa, and China and Algeria in the new era.

China is willing to work with Algeria to accelerate the implementation of the outcomes of the first China-Arab States Summit, implement the "eight common actions" of China Arab practical cooperation, strengthen cooperation within the framework of the Forum on China–Africa Cooperation, implement the outcomes of the Dakar meeting of the Forum, and promote the building of a community of common destiny for China, Arab countries and Africa in the new era.
