On the morning of July 19, 2023, the 200000 ton/year electrolyte project of Haohua Zhonghua Lantian, a subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation, was fully launched in the Chuannan New Materials Chemical Park in Zigong, Sichuan. The project is located in the South Sichuan New Materials Chemical Park in Zigong, Sichuan, covering an area of 300 acres and is expected to be completed in May 2024.

The project is constructed according to the 14th Five Year Development Plan of China Haohua Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., guided by Sinochem Blue Sky Electrolyte+Strategy, and relying on its own technology, it will continue to promote the cleaning of production methods, improve the level of Intrinsic safety, and build an advanced electrolyte manufacturing plant integrating green, zero emission, refinement and intelligence.

According to the plan, the factory integrates the implementation of China Sinochem FORUS system and the overall plan for online Sinochem. Guided by the smart factory+smart HSE white paper, it continues to improve its refined management capabilities and HSE risk prevention and control level. At the same time, the factory deeply integrates automation and digitization, achieving digitalization of material management, production manufacturing management, and warehouse management. It achieves efficient, traceable, and refined management throughout the entire process from raw and auxiliary materials entering the factory to products leaving the factory, continuously improving operational efficiency and production cycle, and comprehensively enhancing product competitiveness.
