The urban renewal project in the western part of Rizhao Road, with a total planned land area of more than 1300 mu and a total investment of 3.26 billion yuan, is one of the provincial pilot projects for urban renewal, a key project to promote the transformation and leap of economic and social development in the old city area of Rizhao City, and an important livelihood project benefiting the people of the whole district. The signing and implementation of this consortium agreement will effectively promote the complementary advantages of banks and enterprises, promote the urban renewal project in the western part of Rizhao Road into a new stage of rapid and comprehensive efforts, and form a replicable, promotable, and referable "benchmark" cooperation model between banks and enterprises, and promote the comprehensive deployment of urban renewal projects in the entire region from point to area.
