On July 21, 2023, the Zhejiang Public Resources Trading Service Platform released the bidding announcement for civil construction of the class III waterway reconstruction project in Jiaxing section of the Hangzhou Shanghai line. The project belongs to the industry of port and shipping, and the tenderee is Jiaxing Port and Shipping Construction and Development Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 7.798 billion yuan.
Project Overview
The current channel of Jiaxing section of Hangzhou Shenzhen line is classified as Class IV channel, and this time it will be upgraded to restricted Class III channel of inland rivers through reconstruction. Restricted by the current situation and planning of towns and road networks along the line, the channel of class III waterway reconstruction project of Jiaxing section of Hangzhou Shenzhen line is along the old river course, and some segments are widened, starting from Tangma Town, Tongxiang, with the starting stake number of K0+000, and passing through Tangma Town, Chongfu Town, Shimen Town, Hehuachi, Chenjiaba, Mingyang Village, Sandian Yangshubang is finally at Hongqitang at the junction of Shanghai and Zhejiang. The destination stake is K91+611. The total construction mileage is about 91.611 kilometers, including 38.81 kilometers in Tongxiang, 15.87 kilometers in Xiuzhou District, 9.08 kilometers in the Economic Development Zone, 3.88 kilometers in Nanhu District, and 23.97 kilometers in Jiashan County. The project involves five counties (districts) in Tongxiang, Xiuzhou District, Economic Development Zone, Nanhu District and Jiashan County. Jiaxing urban section is divided into Xiuzhou section, Economic Development section and Nanhu section, and its administrative boundaries are arranged with flowers along the waterway. The main construction content is: about 150 kilometers of revetment engineering, approximately 5.89 million cubic meters of earthworks, 16 bridges reconstructed after consolidation, 12 bridges demolished within the project, 24 anti-collision piers and 34 main pier protection reserved for bridges, 3 new service areas, as well as supporting projects such as navigation aids, information technology, and green landscapes along the waterway. The estimated total investment of the project is 7.798 billion yuan, and the engineering cost is 4.837 billion yuan.
Overview of New Bridge and Connection Engineering
The total length of Songlao High Bridge and its connection is 0.978 kilometers. The upper structure of Songlao High Bridge adopts a steel pipe concrete tied arch+prestressed concrete T-beam structure;
The total length of the Yanshou Bridge and its connections is 1.41 kilometers. The upper structure of the Yanshou Bridge adopts a steel pipe concrete tied arch+prestressed concrete T-beam structure;
The total length of Lijiaqiao and its connecting line is 1.223 kilometers. The upper structure of Lijiaqiao adopts a steel pipe concrete tied arch+prestressed concrete T-beam structure; The upper structure of Lijiaqiao Line Changbang Bridge adopts a prestressed concrete short T-beam structure, while the upper structure of Guanzhuang Bridge adopts a prestressed concrete short T-beam structure;
The total length of the Daniao Bridge and its connection is 0.993 kilometers. The upper structure of the Daniao Bridge adopts a steel pipe concrete tied arch+prestressed concrete T-beam structure;
The total length of the new bridge and its connecting line is 1.39 kilometers. The upper structure of the new bridge adopts a prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous box beam+prestressed concrete T-beam structure;
The total length of the Beijiao River Bridge and its connecting line is 0.902 kilometers. The upper structure of the Beijiao River Bridge adopts a steel truss+simply supported steel box beam+prestressed concrete T-beam structure; There are four interchange ramp bridges with a length of 754.5m/h, of which the upper structures of the left slow traffic ramp No. 1 bridge and the right slow traffic ramp No. 2 bridge are both prestressed concrete T-beam structures. The upper structures of the left slow traffic ramp No. 2 bridge and the right slow traffic ramp No. 1 bridge are both prestressed concrete T-beam structures;
The collection bridge and its wiring have a total length of 1.405 kilometers. The upper structure of the collection bridge adopts a variable cross-section continuous steel box beam+prestressed concrete T-beam+prestressed concrete short T-beam structure; The upper structure of the collection bridge connection bridge adopts a prestressed concrete short T-beam structure; The upper structure of the auxiliary road bridge with a length of 32m adopts a prestressed concrete short T-beam structure.
In order to ensure the overall smooth operation of this project, a new collection bridge needs to be built first. After the collection bridge is opened, the Beijiao River Bridge can be built. The renovation of the Beijiao River Bridge requires first utilizing the old bridge of the Beijiao River Bridge to maintain its half width, demolishing the old bridge of the Beijiao River Bridge and then constructing a new bridge of the Beijiao River Bridge. Then, utilizing the new bridge of the Beijiao River Bridge to maintain its half width, demolishing the old bridge of the Beijiao River Bridge and constructing the new bridge of the Beijiao River Bridge.
