Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony of the new energy storage Industrial Park project in Khorgos was held in the southern Industrial Park of Khorgos City, Yili, Xinjiang.

It is understood that the total investment of the Horgos Zhonganguo new energy storage Industrial Park project is about 50 billion yuan, which is invested by Zhonganguo New Industry Investment Xinjiang Co., LTD. The project is divided into three phases, the first and second phases are mainly for the production of large-scale energy storage cabinet devices, and the third phase is the whole battery industry chain. The product sales target is mainly overseas market, sold to Europe, America, Central Asia and Russia. After the project is put into operation, the annual output value can reach 100 billion yuan.

It is reported that in May 2023, Xinjiang Horgos Economic Development Zone (City) had held a signing ceremony with China Jingguangdong-Hong Kong Investment Holding Group Co., LTD and China Angguo Xinan Investment two companies in Urumqi, China Angguo new energy storage Industrial Park project, with a planned total investment of about 5 billion yuan. In Khorgos South Industrial Park, the construction of China-Angola New new energy storage battery project with an annual output of 10GWh. In terms of the construction address, the construction site of the China-Angola New New Energy with an annual output of 10GWh energy storage battery project is consistent with the China-Angola new energy storage Industrial Park project in Horgos.
