With the continuous improvement of global environmental awareness, hydrogen energy is widely recognized as a clean and efficient energy source. On July 20, 2023, the People's Government of Yindu District, Anyang City, Henan Liyuan Group Gas Co., Ltd. and Weishi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement on intelligent ecological projects in the whole hydrogen energy industry chain in Baoding. The three parties will work together to explore the feasible development path of Hydrogen economy, accelerate the large-scale development of hydrogen energy industry, and build a new pattern of industrial ecology.

It is understood that the total investment of the hydrogen energy entire industry chain smart ecological project is 3.2 billion yuan. According to the agreement, the three parties will leverage their respective advantages in resources, technology, and industrial chain to conduct comprehensive cooperation in the entire industrial chain of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation, processing, and utilization, covering hydrogenation, application, high-end equipment manufacturing, etc., providing a solid infrastructure guarantee for the closed-loop ecological business of the hydrogen energy entire industrial chain.

Hydrogen energy is considered the most promising clean energy in the 21st century and an important component of China's future energy system. Henan Province attaches great importance to the development of the hydrogen energy industry and regards it as a key focus of the overall plan for high-quality development in the province. At present, Anyang City is also building a 100 billion level characteristic industrial cluster of new energy vehicles and parts. Especially in recent years, Anyang City has actively developed the hydrogen energy industry, successfully incorporated into the fuel cell vehicle demonstration application city cluster in Henan Province, and initially formed a relatively complete industrial system covering hydrogen production, hydrogenation, vehicle manufacturing, vehicle operation, etc., with resource and cost advantages, rich application scenarios, and broad market prospects.

It is leading in the research and development, production, sales of Hydrogen fuel cell products and ecological construction of the whole hydrogen energy industry chain in China. The three parties will take this signing as an opportunity to accelerate the implementation of the cooperation agreement, actively promote the demonstration application and market cultivation of Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, seize the new highland of domestic hydrogen energy industry development, and strive to build Anyang benchmark and Anyang model, providing a useful reference for the construction of fuel cell vehicle demonstration application cities in Henan Province and China.

Weishi Energy will fully leverage its advantages in resources, technology, and industrial chain to comprehensively layout the hydrogen energy industry in Anyang, including production, storage, transportation, processing, and utilization. At the same time, we also hope to use hydrogen energy as a medium to promote cooperation with Anyang on a larger scale, deeper levels, and more fields, provide new models, paths, and scenarios for "decarbonization" in the transportation field, accelerate the promotion of hydrogen energy demonstration and large-scale application, inject "new power" into Anyang's green and low-carbon transformation, and assist in the construction of the fuel cell vehicle demonstration application city cluster in Henan Province.
