Recently, the People's Government of Yushui District, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province held talks with Zhejiang Haichuang Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. on the project of producing 50000 tons of high-performance lithium battery cathode materials annually, and signed the project framework agreement.

It is understood that the total planned investment of this project is 5 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 400 acres. It is planned to be implemented in three phases, of which the first phase has a total investment of 1.15 billion yuan, covering an area of 150 acres. After the first phase reaches its production capacity, it will form an annual production capacity of 10000 tons of ternary lithium battery positive electrode materials.

Data shows that Haichuang Lithium Battery is a national high-tech enterprise that develops, produces, and sells ternary cathode materials and ternary precursors for lithium batteries. In 2021, Dalian Zhongbi Power Battery Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongbi New Energy, reached a majority equity acquisition framework agreement with Haichuang Lithium Battery.
