It is planned to transfer for 28 years, with the initial price of 5.94 billion yuan, and Lianyungang Suhai Mining Co., Ltd. won it at 5.94 billion yuan.

The mining area of the project is 0.9578 Square kilometre, and the resource reserves are 269.932 million tons.

Lianyungang is located in the northeast of Jiangsu Province. It is rich in mineral resources and has certain advantages in granite and construction sand. Next, a more reasonable layout structure of the mine will be constructed to improve the guarantee capacity of the centralized mining area for building stone supply. Fully connect the planning of zoning with relevant plans such as national spatial planning; The average mining scale of mines has further increased, with the proportion of large and medium-sized mines reaching over 70%; In 2025, the number of mines is expected to be 24, and the total annual mining volume of minerals is expected to be about 28.3 million tons, including 24.2 million tons of building stones and 1.65 million tons of Rutile and garnet. The proportion of green mines to be built is expected to be over 90% for large and medium-sized mines, and over 60% for small mines.

In order to ensure the reasonable demand for sand, gravel, and soil mineral resources in infrastructure construction, and to implement the requirements of national spatial planning and control, resources are guaranteed, and development is based, two centralized mining areas for building stone materials are designated.

Identify resource endowments and development and utilization conditions in centralized mining areas, reasonably set up mining rights, and establish a mechanism for the net sale of construction stone materials. Support green and environmentally friendly sand and stone production, accelerate industrial technological innovation, optimize approval processes related to building stone mining, shorten approval cycles, and improve approval efficiency.

Encourage and guide the intensive, large-scale, and green mining of building stones. Relying on the centralized mining area of building stones, following the management thinking of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand systems and the requirements of mineral land integration, we will encourage the construction of one or two building stone mining bases with an annual production scale of 5 million tons, form a building stone guarantee system with the mining base as the main body, and improve the supply guarantee capacity of sand and stone resources in Lianyungang City.
