On August 14, 2023, Jiaze Xinneng released a notice on investing in the construction of a shared energy storage power station project. The estimated total investment of this project is about 420 million yuan, and the construction period of the project is about half a year.

The 150MW/300MWh energy storage power station project in Tongxin County, Jiaze is built by the company's first level wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningxia Zerui. The project is located in Wangtuan Town, Tongxin County, Wuzhong City, Ningxia, and plans to cover an area of 60 acres. It is planned to use the most mature and stable lithium iron phosphate+energy storage battery system in the current market to configure the energy storage system.

This project currently selects the most mature lithium iron phosphate+energy storage battery system for energy storage power stations. The company will continue to track advanced energy storage technology during future operations, and can choose cells with better prices and higher cost-effectiveness when replacing them.
