On August 16, 2023, the commencement ceremony of the Phase II project of CSCEC Dachengdi Laser Production Base was successfully held in Han. Li Zhigang, Chairman of Wuhan Di'er Laser Technology Co., Ltd., Dai Xianwen, Director of Project Construction Department, Chen Chao, Deputy General Manager of CSCEC Dacheng Huazhong Company, and Liao Fei, Chief Engineer, attended the commencement ceremony.

According to the Xidi Er Laser Production Base Phase II project, located in Donghu High tech Development Zone, Wuhan City, the project covers an area of 54.8 acres with a planned construction area of 70600 square meters, including three research and development production workshops and several auxiliary facilities. It is planned to complete the main structure capping by the end of 2023 and put into use in the second quarter of next year. After completion, the project will significantly expand the production space of Xidi Er Laser Company, playing an important role in promoting rapid business development.
