On August 18, 2023, the commencement ceremony of the 100MW photovoltaic power generation project of Huaneng Zhonglai Qinshui County was grandly held in Yangzhuang Village, Shizhuang Town, Qinshui County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province.

This project adopts the TOPCon product of Zhonglai n type, developed by Zhonglai New Energy. Zhonglai New Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhonglai Group. As an excellent integrated service provider integrating intelligent comprehensive energy and operation and maintenance in China, it is committed to integrating photovoltaic power stations with ecological agriculture, construction industry, and other industries through innovative integration of photovoltaic technology, energy storage, blockchain, and business models.

The commencement of the photovoltaic power generation project in Qinshui County has expanded the business landscape of China New Energy in Shanxi Province, demonstrating China's attitude and determination towards the transformation and development of energy in Shanxi Province as the "chain leader" unit of the photovoltaic industry chain. The commencement of this project is an important measure for China Lai New Energy to achieve the "dual carbon" goal and promote green development.
