On August 20, 2023, the first cooperation project between Huangpi District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province and Hubei Liantou Group - "Donghu Gaoxin Mulan Zhihui Valley" in Huangpi District officially began.

The Donghu Gaoxin Mulan Zhihui Valley project in Huangpi District is located on Shekou Street, and is jointly built by Wuhan Donghu High tech Group Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Mulan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of approximately 170 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 130000 square meters and a total investment of 3 billion yuan. The park aims at cutting-edge technology fields and important links in the industrial chain, focusing on the research and development and production of intelligent terminal products, precision instruments, and new display devices in the PC accessories industry, to create a digital economy smart industrial park.

After the completion of the project, more than 40 small and medium-sized high-tech, information technology application and innovative enterprises will be introduced, providing about 3000 job opportunities, and promoting the cross-border organic integration of traditional industrial manufacturing and intelligent emerging technologies in Huangpi District.
