The ancient Silk Road began in China and ended in Turkey. China and Turkey, which were bonded by the ancient Silk Road, are once again closely linked with the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. We'd like you to meet the new Turkish Ambassador to China, Dr. Ismail Haq Musa. What is his vision of China? How does the Belt and Road Initiative promote the in-depth development of Turkish-Chinese relations? What substantive progress does he strive to make in the bilateral relations during his term?

Looking to the future, Turkey can use its geographical advantages to enhance the synergy between the Middle Corridor Initiative and the Belt and Road Initiative. Chinese enterprises are increasingly enthusiastic about investing in Turkey, and their investment fields are expanding from traditional mining to textile manufacturing, transportation, agriculture and finance, and large-scale cooperation projects are constantly emerging. Under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, Chinese enterprises' investment in Turkey has received strong support, the cooperation environment between China and Turkey has been improved, and the economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries will reach a new height and achieve win-win results and common prosperity.
