Against the backdrop of rising anti-globalization sentiment, where do we get the confidence to promote opening-up? Liu Hongwu, dean of the Institute of African Studies at Zhejiang Normal University, has been researching international issues between China and Africa for more than 30 years. Liu Hongwu was specially invited to board the China-Laos railway train and talk about the achievements and experience of the Belt and Road in the past decade.
