By 2025, the province will continue to enrich new energy application scenarios such as photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, and hydrogen energy, and build a number of demonstration application projects such as source grid charge and storage, photovoltaic building integration, and the cumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic and wind power will exceed 40 million kilowatts.

Photovoltaic: Focus on promoting the development and industrialization of N-type high-efficiency batteries, flexible thin film batteries, perovskite and perovskite laminated batteries and other products, improve the inverter, controller, bus box, tracking system and other key components and low-temperature silver paste, packaging film and other key materials manufacturing level, improve intelligent photovoltaic integrated operation and maintenance technology and management system customized development capabilities. Wind power: Actively explore the development of technology and equipment in emerging fields such as large-scale offshore wind power, and continue to expand the new model of wind power service-oriented manufacturing. Focus on encouraging innovation and industrialization in the fields of high-power wind turbines, large offshore wind turbines, and wind power group intelligent management and control systems; Speed up the development of high-power generators, gear boxes, bearings, yaw paddle systems, cooling systems and other key components. Support Hangzhou as the center, Yongzhou, Wentai as the focus, the formation of wind power industry "one center and two bases" development pattern.

Energy storage: Oriented by high energy density, high safety and ultra-long life, it focuses on promoting the large-scale development of lithium-ion batteries and other new electrochemical energy storage batteries and materials manufacturing; Actively layout sodium-ion batteries, all-solid-state batteries, water organic flow batteries, lead-carbon batteries and other next-generation high-security battery technologies, extend the development of energy storage converters, management systems, back-end detection equipment, charging piles and other manufacturing and solutions, accelerate the implementation of the "energy storage +" new model.
