Recently, the commencement ceremony of the China Power Construction Yumen Chijin 100 MW wind power project was held in Chijin Town, Yumen City, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. The project belongs to the second batch of wind power construction projects in the 14th Five Year Plan of Yumen City.

The total investment of China Power Construction Yumen Chijin 100 MW wind power project is approximately 570 million yuan, with a site area of approximately 360.06 acres. The installed capacity is 100 megawatts, with a supporting construction of a 110kV booster station with a main transformer capacity of 100MVA. It is connected in series with the west side East Gas 100 megawatt wind power plant and connected to the 330kV Xishahe booster station through a one circuit 110kV line, with a length of approximately 18km. The project construction will provide strong green momentum for the high-quality development of Yumen City, and assist in achieving the regional goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
