On September 26, 2023, Rongcheng County, Xiong'an New Area held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Smart Technology Agriculture Industrial Park project. After the completion of the park, it will directly drive the employment of over 1000 people, achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan, and become an important green vegetable supply base, technology demonstration base, science popularization education base, and modern agricultural model for the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in Xiong'an New Area and even Beijing.

The Rongcheng County Smart Technology Agriculture Industrial Park project is located in Fengmatai Town. It is a modern agricultural park that integrates scientific research, breeding, equipment manufacturing, efficient agriculture, and modern agricultural management training. The project covers a total area of 1188 acres, with a total investment of about 1.1 billion yuan. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 670 million yuan, covering an area of 583 acres. It will build a high standard intelligent glass greenhouse, film greenhouse, and supporting center, forming seven functional zones.
