Autumn in October, colorful Guizhou. On September 28, 2023, five major projects, including the Shanghai Zhangjiang Industrial Park Large Model Industry Development and Application Demonstration Base in Gui'an New Area, held a centralized commencement ceremony, with a total investment of 5.814 billion yuan.

The five projects under construction this time involve areas such as computing power application, software industry, and large-scale model development and application. Among them, the Shanghai Zhangjiang Computing Power Application Industrial Park (Phase I) project in Gui'an New Area, the Shanghai Zhangjiang Software Industrial Park Area A project in Gui'an New Area, and the Shanghai Zhangjiang Large Model Industry Development and Application Demonstration Base project in Gui'an New Area are all important components of the Zhangjiang (Gui'an) High tech Industrial Park. The park is jointly built by Gui'an Development Group and Shanghai Zhangjiang Group.

The groundbreaking construction of the park marks a new stage in collaborative innovation and cross regional cooperation between dynamic Zhangjiang and Shanshui Gui'an. With the support of policy support, scenario opening, and fund support in Gui'an New Area, various work such as park construction, investment attraction, and talent recruitment will accelerate and usher in new development opportunities.

The concentrated commencement of this project fully reflects the deep implementation of the spirit of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government's high-quality conference in Gui'an New Area, and is also a specific action to deepen industrial cooperation between Shanghai and Guizhou.
