On October 12, 2023, the National Power Investment Corporation of China held a mobilization ceremony for the construction of the 445MW wind power project in Tuquan County, Xing'an League. Deputy Alliance Leader Liang Yanjun, Li Guojian, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of State Power Investment Inner Mongolia Company, Wang Yongjia and other county leaders, as well as relevant department heads and enterprise representatives from Alliance County, attended the commencement ceremony.

Liang Yanjun pointed out in his speech that the commencement of the 445MW wind power project in Tuquan County, Xing'an League, China National Power Investment Corporation not only fills the gap in the industrial layout of the new energy project of Inner Mongolia Company of China National Power Investment Corporation in Xing'an League, but also has significant significance in optimizing the power grid structure of Xing'an League and promoting the effective development of wind energy resources. I hope that State Power Investment Inner Mongolia Company can fully leverage the role of central enterprises as "ballast stones", implement the main responsibility of project construction, and promote project construction with high standards, high-quality construction, and high efficiency.

The total investment of the 445MW wind power project in Tuquan County, Xing'an League, China's State Power Investment Corporation is 1.88 billion yuan. After the project is completed, it can transmit 1.162 billion kilowatt hours of clean electricity annually, replace 350100 tons of standard coal, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 954400 tons.
