It is understood that Egypt's Suez Canal Special Economic Zone (SCZone) signed a US$6.75 billion agreement with China Energy Construction to develop a green ammonia and green hydrogen project in its Sokhna Industrial Zone, with the goal of producing 1.2 million tons of green ammonia per year. and 210,000 tons of green hydrogen.
