On November 21, 2023, the first industrial plot of Xiamen Ocean High tech Industrial Park began construction. As the first industrial plot in Xiamen Ocean High tech Zone, the project has a total land area of 81905.947 square meters, with a maximum aboveground construction area of 245700 square meters. It will create the first investment carrier of Xiamen Ocean High tech Zone - Phase I of Ocean Innovation Industrial Park. On the morning of the 21st, Xiamen Ocean High New City Construction Co., Ltd. successfully won the right to use the land.

The Phase I project of the Marine Innovation Industrial Park, which is under construction this time, mainly involves the construction of general factory buildings and auxiliary facilities for marine biopharmaceuticals and products, marine high-end equipment and new materials, and other related industries.
