The Hongshaliang to Mingshui Coal Railway Special Line Project is the first cooperation project between the Municipal Transportation Investment Group and a central enterprise. The project is located in Mazongshan Town, Subei Mongolian Autonomous County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, with a total length of 97.154 kilometers. It starts from Hongshaliang Coal Mine Station on the Liuhong Railway in the south, crosses county roads X244 and G7 Beijing Xinjiang Expressway in the north, and finally leads to Mingshui Station on the Linha Railway.
