2023 is the tenth anniversary of the the Belt and Road Initiative, which has received support and response from many countries in the world. On the afternoon of December 1, Adili Kawukenov shared his joy and expectation for the 10th anniversary of the the Belt and Road Initiative at the sub forum of Liangzhu Forum "Communication and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations in the eyes of young sinologists in the new era". He pointed out that this initiative has received warm responses and support from numerous countries around the world, which is of great significance for promoting global cultural exchange and mutual learning. As the chief researcher of the Institute for Strategic Studies of the President of Kazakhstan, he also shared his views on the role of young sinologists in the the Belt and Road Initiative and their future development prospects from a professional perspective.

Dili Kawukenov said that when referring to the the Belt and Road Initiative, he would think of the ancient Silk Road in China. The Silk Road has well promoted trade exchanges between regions, is a special channel and an important carrier for exchanges between Eastern and Western civilizations, and has made great contributions to cultural exchanges between the East and the West. "This impact is both localized and global," Adili Kawukenov pointed out.

"This initiative emphasizes the spirit of friendly cooperation and greatly promotes exchanges, interactions, and economic development among countries." In Adili Kawukenov's view, this initiative also reflects the importance placed on global youth exchanges. "Over the years, China has provided high scholarships and valuable training opportunities. Kazakhstan and other countries have actively responded to the the Belt and Road Initiative. China and Kazakhstan are docking their development strategies and combining China's the Belt and Road Initiative with Kazakhstan's Bright Road Initiative.
