China Railway Construction implements the overseas priority strategy. On May 27th, China Railway Construction issued an announcement that Qatar of the 18th Bureau of China Railway won the bid for the construction and outdoor project contract of the third bid section of Qatar Bay Island. The construction period is 28 months.

Project renderings

The project is located on Qatar Bay Island and is a subsidiary project of Pearl Island, a large international community focused on by the Qatar government. It includes 20 independent villas, 15 commercial and residential residential buildings, a mosque and a club, and outdoor Infrastructure is a high-end community that integrates entertainment, retail, and residential uses.

The owner of the Gewan Island project, UDC Group, is one of Qatar ’s most powerful public holding companies, and is Qatar ’s leading real estate development group company. This is an opportunity to develop in-depth cooperation in multiple fields.
