On May 26, 2020, Shandong Provincial Highway Bureau issued an announcement that the three bridge projects in Shandong won the bid, as follows:

Binzhou Lean Yellow River Highway Bridge and Wiring Project

This project is constructed using the two-way four-lane first-grade highway technical standard, with a design speed of 80km / h; the subgrade width of 25.5 meters; the bridge and culvert design vehicle load level is highway-I; the design flood frequency of the super bridge is 1/300, and the subgrade is large and medium The designed flood frequency of small bridges and culverts is 1/100; the peak acceleration coefficient of ground motion is 0.05; the total length of the route is 18.703 kilometers; the traffic safety facilities are implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. The level of planned navigation across the Yellow River is level IV.

The project is divided into 3 bid sections

China Railway Third Bureau won the bid for SG01, the pre-winning price is about 110 million yuan; China Railway Bridge Bureau won the bid for SG02, the pre-winning price is about 880 million yuan; Rizhao Highway Construction Co., Ltd. won the bid for SG03, the pre-winning price is about 200 million yuan.

G228 Dandong Line Rushankou Bridge Civil Engineering

The total length of the project route is 4.01 kilometers, of which the total length of the bridge is 2683.4 meters and the total length of the subgrade is 1325.1 meters; the new line of the Rushankou Super Bridge is 2430.4 meters / 1 set (excluding bridge abutment), and the main bridge uses 193 + 666 + 51.4 meters of twin tower steel Box girder suspension bridge, the full width of the bridge is 35.5 meters (including sidewalks, access roads, deflectors, air nozzles), the tower foundation is a platform + group pile foundation, the stiffening beam is a flat streamlined steel box girder, and the cable tower is a gate tower. The east approach bridge uses 33 × 40 meters of prestressed concrete Bulb-T beams, the west approach bridge uses 5 × 40 meters of prestressed concrete Bulb-T beams, and the lower structure of the east-west approach bridge adopts column-type pier, ribbed slab or column-type abutment, pile foundation, The approach bridge is 28.5 meters wide. The newly built Yakou Bridge is 240 meters / 1 (without bridge abutment), and the span is 6 × 40 meters. The upper structure uses prestressed concrete Bu1b-T beams, and the lower structure uses column pier, platform, and pile foundation. A new Duoshan tunnel, 100 meters long, adopts a two-way 4-lane double-arch tunnel, and the entrance and exit gates are cut bamboo. The bridge is 13 meters / 1 block, 17 culverts, and the management branch center and maintenance work area are combined to set up 1 and 4 observation platforms. This project adopts the two-way four-lane first-grade highway technical standard, with a design speed of 80km / h, a general subgrade width of 25.5 meters, and a standard bridge width of 28.5 meters. The vehicle load rating of the bridge design is Highway-I. The total investment of the project budget is about 1.341 billion yuan. Won the bid by Shandong Communications Highway and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. jointly with the Second Public Transport Bureau of China Communications, and the expected bid price is 930 million yuan

West Extension of Dezhou Road and Dongjin Yellow River Bridge Project

The Liyan County Transportation Bureau Dezhou Road West Extension and Dongjin Yellow River Bridge Project is a new project, with a total length of 14.896 kilometers. Set 1882 meters of the Yellow River Bridge (the main bridge of the Yellow River Bridge is 900 meters long, the approach bridge is 982 meters long), 6 small and medium-sized bridges are 276 meters, 26 culverts are 772 meters across, the roadbed is 12738 meters, there are 5 plane intersections, toll station 1 Block (including management, maintenance work area and monitoring center, one site construction), a total of 63.6998 hectares of permanent land occupation area. This franchise project includes Kenli side connection and Yellow River Bridge, a total of 9868 meters; Lijin side 5028 meters is planned to be implemented by the government and is not included in this franchise project. The project is constructed using the first-class highway standard with a design speed of 80 km / h. The Yellow River Bridge uses a two-way six-lane road with a deck width of 34 meters. The wiring project uses a two-way four-lane road with a road surface width of 25.5 meters. The bridge structure of the Yellow River Bridge is intended to adopt a cable-stayed bridge structure with high and low towers and double cable plane steel-concrete composite beams. The overall bridge is 1882 meters long, of which the main bridge is 900 meters long and the approach bridge is 982 meters long. It was won by China Railway Construction City Construction Investment Co., Ltd.

The completion of the three bridges will deepen the close exchanges between people on both sides of the Yellow River in Shandong Province, ease traffic pressure, effectively optimize urban land use and industrial layout, help attract investment, and make great contributions to the convenience of people on both sides of the strait.
