Dubai, UAE On May 27, local time, the world's highest hotel project undertaken by China Railway 18th Bureau Group, the Dubai Blue Sky Hotel project in the United Arab Emirates, began construction.

The project is located in the new district of Marina, Dubai, UAE, with a total construction area of 101600 square meters, including 1100 hotel rooms, a 320-meter high-altitude open-air swimming pool, a 360-meter aerial restaurant, and a 5-level high-atrium sky garden. The tallest hotel building also set a record for the height of China Railway Construction's super high-rise buildings. The project design adopts hyperbolic architectural appearance, high-altitude triumphal arch and viewing platform, and won three design awards of "Best International Hotel Architectural Design", "Best Hotel Architectural Design in Arab Countries" and "Best High-Rise Building Design Award in Arab Countries"

The construction of super high-rise buildings is a comprehensive reflection of high and new technology in many fields. In recent years, the UAE government has endeavored to build a sustainable economy. During the construction of the project, China Railway 18th Bureau Group will integrate Chinese building green environmental protection concepts and advanced construction technology into the construction plan. It will be used in many green buildings such as ecology, energy saving and waste reduction. Through the application of new materials and new processes, the index actively promotes the output of China's construction manufacturing industry chain, and helps to build a green and efficient Belt and Road.
