The waterway regulation project of the Tonglu Canal section of the Tongyang Line of this project starts from the intersection of the Nantong City Section of the Tongyang Line and the Tonglu Canal, and extends east to the planned river transfer terminal in the Lusi Operation Area of the Lutong Port Area of Nantong Port. Class two-lane navigation standards were renovated. After remediation, the mileage was 58.254 kilometers. The designed maximum ship tonnage was 1,000 tons. The width of the channel bottom was not less than 45 meters, the minimum navigable water depth was 3.2 meters, and the bending radius was 480 meters. Less than 60×7 meters. One new anchorage and one service area. The estimated investment of the project is 2.884 billion yuan.
