On June 3, 2020, Gansu Jiantou Wujian Group, as the general contractor, successfully won the bid for the Liugou Coal Chemical Industry Park comprehensive service area and park infrastructure construction projects in the Guazhou Industrial Concentration Zone.

In November 2019, Su Yuehua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the head office of the Group, went to Jiuquan City for research. After friendly consultations, Gansu Construction Investment and the Jiuquan Municipal People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement. On this basis, Wujian Group closely followed the strategic layout, and since February 2020, it has conducted a preliminary docking with the Guazhou County Government of Jiuquan City on the infrastructure project of Liugou Coal Chemical Industrial Park in Guazhou Industrial Concentration Zone. Under the comprehensive guidance of the market operation department of the group's head office, Wujian Group further relied on the actual project situation and the financial payment capacity of Guazhou County, and actively docked with the provincial financial institutions to reach an agreement on the financing construction of the project as the project. The general contractor, together with Gansu Construction Design Consulting Group Co., Ltd. won the bid in one fell swoop.

The project is located in Liugou Coal Chemical Industrial Park, Guazhou County. It has three geographical advantages: developed transportation, convenient transportation, wide area, strong environmental carrying capacity, rich mineral resources and good industrial foundation. The main construction content includes infrastructure and comprehensive service area, with a planned total investment of 2.12 billion yuan. The project integrates the strategic goal of “ecological county and strong industrial county” in Guazhou County, and lays a solid foundation for the upgrading of the park through the construction of a large number of supporting infrastructure.
