On June 20, 2020, with the smooth pouring of the last concrete, the cast-in-situ main beams of the Zhamu-Yaluzangbu River Double Line Super Bridge of the Lalin section of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway constructed by the China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Bureau successfully closed the dragon, marking the main body of 120 bridges across the line. The project is all completed, which is also the world's highest steel pipe arch bridge with the highest altitude and the longest span.

The Zhamu Yarlung Zangbo River Double-Line Bridge is located in Jiacha County, Shannan City, Tibet Autonomous Region. It stands in the upstream reservoir area of the Zangmu Hydropower Station in the Sangda Gorge. It spans the 66-meter deep Yarlung Zangbo River and has a total length of 525.1 meters. Meters, the total height of the tower is 170 meters, and the bridge site is 3350 meters above sea level. It is built by Tibet Railway Construction Co., Ltd. and China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

The cast-in-situ main beam of Helong is a fully prestressed reinforced concrete box structure. The long sling hanger method is used to divide the two sides of the symmetrical cantilever casting. The beam is 18 meters wide and the beam is 35 meters away from the water. The construction period lasted more than 5 years. It is the control project with the longest construction period, the most difficult construction and the highest scientific and technological content in the entire Lalin Railway.

The Zammu Yarlung Zangbo River Double-Line Bridge is located in a gorge and windy area, with a maximum wind speed of 12, which is both high-altitude construction and waterfront operation.

During the construction process, the construction personnel inherited the spirit of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, overcame the difficulties of high and low oxygen, harsh natural environment, difficult construction and epidemic prevention and control, carefully organized, coordinated arrangements, overcome difficulties, optimize the plan, strengthen supervision and ensure the project Construction is completed on schedule.

The completion of the main beam of the bridge as scheduled not only laid a solid foundation for the smooth realization of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway Lalin section's opening target in 2021, but also created the world's highest railway bridge of the same type and the largest steel pipe arch span (430 m in the main arch span) The four "world's first" with the largest diameter of the main arch steel pipe (1.8 meters in steel pipe diameter) and the largest volume of concrete jacking in a single pipe of a steel pipe arch (concrete jacking volume of 1022 in a single pipe).
