On July 8, 2020, China Railway Construction Corporation announced that China Railway Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., China Railway 24th Bureau, China Railway 21st Bureau, China Railway Construction Port and Shipping Bureau, China Railway 11th Bureau, China Railway Construction Suzhou Design Research The Institute, China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute, China Railway First Survey and Design Institute and China Civil Engineering Group Consortium won the bid for the Taishan City Guanghai Bay Infrastructure Comprehensive Development Franchise Project. The bid amount was about 5 billion yuan.

This project is located in Taishan City. The project includes 6 sub-projects with a total investment of 557112.80 million yuan. The construction content and scale of each sub-project are as follows:

Subproject 1: Yutang Port Wharf

The Yutang Port Wharf sub-project has designed two 5,000-ton berths (the structure is reserved for 10,000-ton class), and the berths are 320m long. Up to now, 320m of shoreline of the terminal, 765m of south and west breakwaters, 450m of revetment, 780m of access roads, 145,000 square meters of roads and yards in the port area, 18km of water supply pipelines and 600 cubic meters of regulating tanks have been completed. The total investment is 366.2605 million yuan.

Subproject 2: Project of Guanghai Bay Yutang Port Logistics Zone in Taishan City

The construction scale of the sub-project of the Guangtang Yutang Port Logistics Zone Project in Taishan City is 2156m for revetment, of which the revetment in the southern area of the logistics area is 1055m (built) and the revetment in the north area is 1101m (unbuilt). The total area of land formation is 370,453 square meters (555 acres), the total area of sea use is 370,453 square meters, and the total amount of mud contained is 3.069 million m3. The total investment is 352.1218 million yuan.

Sub-project 3: Provincial Highway S273 High Copper Line Shuibu Avenue to Dongjiao Road Reconstruction and Expansion Project

Provincial Highway S273 High Copper Line Shuibu Avenue to Dongjiao Road Section Reconstruction and Extension Project sub-project, it is recommended to use the first-grade highway standard and urban road with a design speed of 80km/h, two-way eight-lane road, and 60-meter subgrade. The recommended program route pile number range is K120+000~K128+300, with a total length of 8.3km. Asphalt concrete pavement is used for the whole line. There are 16 large level intersections and 25 culverts for dredging. The total investment is 109858.37 million yuan.

Sub-project 4: Taishan City Sujiu-Shuibu New Road Project

The total length of this project is 16.547km. The starting point is located at the south side of Maotai Petroleum Gas Company, Sijiu Town, Taishan City, connecting Jinxing Avenue, along the northeast to Shunsijiu New Industrial City Shili Road and intersecting with the provincial highway S273, and crossing the Sijiu River to the north , Along the rural road Y030 through Beiping, Tongan, Dongguan, Zhangbei Village to Shuibu Town, and cross the Shenmao Railway, the end use planning Jiangjiu Road and Jiangmen Industrial Transfer Park Taishan Park Shuibu Avenue connected. The design speed is 80km/h. The whole line adopts two-way four-lane, and the roadbed width is 25.5m. The total investment is 138,969,911 yuan.

 Subproject 5: Highway from Qintou to Huangmaotian, Chixi Town, Taishan City

The total length of the project route is 15.979 kilometers. The highway is classified as Grade 4 highway, two-way two-lane, and the width of the integral subgrade of the cement concrete pavement is 9 meters (of which the standard subgrade is 6.5 meters wide and the greening bandwidth on both sides is 1.25 meters). The starting point of the route intersects with the existing provincial highway S273 high copper line in Qintou Village of Chixi Town, passing through Lianglong Mountain, Jianding, Hengpai, Dashiwoding, Dalidi, Yaokeng, Lantou Mountain, Sanya Tiger, and the ending point is The nuclear power roads in Huangmaotian of Chixi Town intersect. The total investment is RMB 615.4362 million.

Subproject 6: Water Step Avenue to Phoenix Avenue Project, Donghuan Road, Taishan City.
