Recently, the Department of Transportation of Hunan Province announced that it will be led by China Railway Communications Investment, and together with China Railway Second Institute, China Railway Third, Fifth, Sixth, Nine, Ten Bureau, China Railway Tunnel Bureau, China Railway Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou Engineering Bureau, jointly won the bid for G59 Hubei Expressway Furnace Red The PPP project of the section from Shan to Cili and the section of G5515 Zhangnan Expressway from Sangzhi to Longshan, with a total bid of 26 billion yuan.

G59 Hubei Expressway Furnace Hongshan to Cili Section Project

The route of the project starts from Luhong Mountain at the junction of Shimen County, Changde City, Hunan Province and Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, Yichang City, Hubei Province, and connects to the Hubei Expressway from Yidu (Quanfu River) under construction to the boundary between Hubei and Hunan, passing Taiping and Baizhang Qiu, Weixin, Guotai Bridge, Dongyueguan, and Linjiatai stop at Zhangjiashan in the west of Cili County and connect to the Cili-Zhangjiajie section of the Hubei Expressway. The total length is about 80.18 kilometers. There are 5 interchanges in Taiping, Weixin, Longwangdong, Dongyueguan, and Cilixi (hub) in total. In addition, the Taiping connection line is about 2.8 kilometers and the Longwangdong connection line is about 28.8 kilometers. Simultaneously construct the necessary traffic engineering and facilities along the route.

G5515 Zhang-Nan Expressway Sangzhi to Longshan Section

The route of the project starts from Hongjiaguan Township, Sangzhi County, connects to the already built Zhangjiajie-Sangzhi Expressway, passes through Chenjiahe Town and Shanghexi Township, enters Longshan County, passes through Shuitianba Township, Ciyantang Town, and ends at Mao Pingxiang, connected to the built Longshan-Yongshun Expressway, is about 61.45 kilometers long. A total of 4 interchanges of Chenjiahe, Shanghexi, Ciyantang, and Maoping (the hub) are set up on the whole line. The Chenjiahe connection line is about 9.8 kilometers and the Maoping connection line is about 11.1 kilometers. Simultaneously construct the necessary traffic engineering and facilities along the route.
