At the same time, speed up the construction of projects under construction such as the Jinfeng Tunnel and the first vertical line of the expressway to complete the operation as soon as possible; strive to start the Liangjiang New Area-Changshou Expressway by the end of 2020; accelerate the main city center to Yongchuan, Hechuan, Fuling, Qijiang Wansheng4 The preliminary research work for a fast-track channel is actively planning the main city center city-fulcrum city-bridgehead cities such as Rongchang and Tongnan.

In terms of the construction of secondary arterial roads and branch road networks, we will make every effort to promote the construction of 333 kilometers of secondary branch road networks, and accelerate the opening of 95 unconnected roads in the central urban area of the main city, with a total length of 73 kilometers.

In 2020, the main urban area plans to start construction of 25 pedestrian bridges and underground passages, including 5 in Shapingba District, 3 in Banan District, 1 in Dadukou District, 2 in Jiangbei District, 3 in Nan'an District, and 3 in Beibei District. , 1 in Yuzhong District, 1 in Yubei District, 2 in Jiulongpo District, 1 in High-tech Zone, 3 in Liangjiang New District, and strive to complete 9 in 2020. Up to now, the No. 2 pedestrian bridge in Gao Vocational City, Banan District has been completed, another 16 are under construction, and 8 are in the preliminary work.

In addition, in 2020, there will be a total of 76 new projects and a total of about 30,800 parking spaces in the public parking lot construction plan in the central city of the main city in 2020. Among them: 15 new public parking lots will be constructed and about 4,300 new parking spaces will be added. Build 61 public parking lots and increase about 26,500 parking spaces.
