Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Hebei Xiong’an New District announced that the China Construction Fifth Bureau won the bid for the first section of the Xiong’an project, with a bid of 680 million yuan; the Third Public Administration of China Communications won the bid for the second bid of the Xiong’an project with a bid of 440 million yuan.

The project is divided into the municipal road and supporting integrated pipeline project of Xiong'an Green Expo Park, and the supporting water supply and drainage pipeline project of Xiong'an Green Expo Park.

The project includes "two horizontal and eight vertical" 10 municipal roads, namely Hengyi Road, Henger Road, West Boundary Road, Zongyi Road, Zonger Road, Zongsan Road, Zongsi Road, Zongwu Road, Zongliu Road and The auxiliary road of Jingxiong Expressway has 5 tunnels, 11 pipe culverts, the total length of the route is about 31.1km, and the construction temporary passage is 5.16km. The total length of the heating pipeline is about 6.6km, the total length of the gas pipeline is about 27.6km, the total length of the communication pipeline is about 27km, the length of 10kV power pipe is about 30km, and the length of 110kV shallow buried cable trench is about 600m.

The total investment in the municipal roads and supporting integrated pipelines of Xiong'an Green Expo Park is about 2.51 billion yuan, of which the engineering cost is about 2.202 billion yuan.

The project starts from the south bank of Juma River in the north, to the easy line under construction in the south, Wangjiazhuang Village in the west, and Jingxiong Expressway in the east. The main construction content is Hengyi Road, Henger Road, West Boundary Road, Zongyi Road, Zonger Road, 10 municipal roads supporting water supply and drainage projects, including Zongsan Road, Zongsi Road, Zongwu Road, Zongliu Road and Jingxiong Expressway, among which the length of the main rainwater pipeline is about 19km, and the length of the main sewage pipeline is about 5.6km; The length of the main pipeline is about 32.7km.
