Goldwind once again explores the Vietnamese wind power market

Recently, Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd. and China Power Engineering Co., Ltd. signed a deposit agreement and a strategic cooperation agreement for the Vietnam THANH PHONG 29.7MW wind power project at the Beijing headquarters of Goldwind Technology. The signing of this agreement is of great significance for advancing the comprehensive cooperation between Goldwind and China Electric, strengthening the partnership, sharing resources, and cooperating to develop international markets.

Wu Kai, vice president of Goldwind Technology and general manager of Goldwind International, said that the two companies have the same development experience in the international market and the future strategic layout is the same. They hope to have more levels and deeper cooperation with China Electric in the future.

Zhao Hui, President of China National Electric Engineering Co., Ltd., said that the new energy market will develop rapidly as the environment changes. With the mission of "sending the light and warmth to mankind, and returning the natural clear water and blue sky", China Electric has been deeply involved in the international market, with business covering Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East and North Africa and Central Asia. Vietnam THANH PHONG 29.7MW is the first wind power project of China Electric Engineering, and we look forward to further cooperation between the two parties in the future.

The THANH PHONG wind power project is located in Penang Province, Vietnam, and is jointly owned by Thailand RATCH, AIDC and Vietnam HC Global Investment and Technology JSC. China Electric is the general contractor of the project, and Goldwind will provide 9 GW155-3.3MW smart wind turbines and related services for the project.

During the preliminary investigation, negotiation and bidding process of the project, Goldwind provided customized solutions to the project characteristics and customer requirements.
