Recently, Sinoma Construction and Senegal Sahel Cement Company formally signed an EPC contract for the third-line 6000TPD clinker cement production line of Senegal Kirion Cement Plant in the form of a cloud contract.

Tong Laigou, Executive Director and General Manager of Sinoma Construction, Latfallah Layousse, Chairman of Sahel Cement Company, and Jean-Paul STOFFELS, Chairman of CESA Engineering Technology Company, the owner's consultant, signed the contract. The signing ceremony took place simultaneously in Beijing, Kirin, Senegal, and Geneva, Switzerland. This cooperation is another collaboration between Sinoma Construction and Sahel Cement after the Benin NOCIBE project.

The project is located in the old plant area of the KIRENE Cement Plant of Sahel Cement Company. It is a complete 6,000-ton clinker cement production line with a contract value of 245 million Euros. It is the third production line to be built by the plant. The scope of the project covers the entire production line from raw material crushing to cement packaging and shipment. The project adopts the EPC general contracting model, and the scope of engineering services covers the engineering design of the entire production line, equipment and steel structure supply, civil engineering, installation, training and commissioning.

The Senegal 6000TPD clinker cement EPC project is another major investment of Sahel Cement Company after the Benin NOCIBE project and an important leap in the company's steady development strategy. After the production line is put into operation, it will greatly enhance the market competitiveness and influence of Sahel Cement Company in Senegal and even West Africa. Editor/Tian Zengpeng
