The length of the route is 88 kilometers. It adopts two-way four-lane standard construction and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The construction of the section from Shanhe to Harbin will bring closer ties between the two provinces of Jilin and Heilongjiang, optimize the expressway network of the two places, and form another convenient road transportation channel between the two provinces of Heiji and Jilin, and reduce the traffic pressure on the expressway around Harbin.
