The project is located in Marina New District, Dubai, UAE, with a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters, including 1,100 hotel rooms, a 320-meter high-altitude outdoor swimming pool, a 360-meter sky restaurant, and a five-level atrium sky garden with a building height of 368.6 meters. It is the tallest hotel building in the world. The design of the project adopts the appearance of hyperboloid building, the high-altitude arc de Triomphe and the viewing platform, and won the three design awards of "Best International Hotel Architectural Design", "Best Hotel Architectural Design in Arab Countries" and "Best High-rise Building Design in Arab Countries".
