On September 7, 2020, in order to improve the layout of the railway network, make up for the shortcomings of infrastructure, and open up convenient channels for poverty alleviation, Hanbanan Intercity Railway Co., Ltd. issued an announcement that the Hanzhong-Bazhong-Nanchong Railway Nanchong-Bazhong Section Station Bidding for the previous project.

The Nanchong-Bazhong section of the newly-built Hanzhong-Bazhong-Nanchong Railway is located in the northeast of Sichuan Province. The line is drawn from the throat dredging at the Lanzhou end of Nanchong North Station on the Lan-Yu Railway, passing through Shunqing District, Peng’an County, Nanbu County, Yilong County, Enyang District, Bazhou District, and Economic Development Zone, Central City, connect to Pakistan Middle East Station to the design end point. The total length of the main line is 147.727km, of which Nanchong City is 102.393km and Bazhong City is 45.334km. There are a total of 6 stations on the whole line, among which Nanchong North Station and Badong Station are connecting stations, and Muba Station, Yilong Station, Ma'an Station and Enyang Station are newly built stations. The project budget is 21.6 billion yuan.

The scope of this tender covers all the station front works within the design scope of the DK0+000～D2K28+500 (main line length of 25.847 kilometers) of the Nanchong-Bazhong section of the new Hanzhong-Bazhong-Nanchong Railway (affected by the Chengdawan Railway, this time Main line DK0+000-D1K2+320, high-speed field right line D1yK0+000 to D1K2+430 and Tianjiagou line project content construction drawing design scope is temporarily consistent with the preliminary design scope, and will be constructed after the Chengdawan railway plan is determined Implementation).

The length of the bridge is 11.771km/34 (measured from the left line), the length of the tunnel is 5.345km/7; the roadbed is 10.75km; there are a total of 396 simply supported box beams within the bid section; the ballastless bed is 5.54km; the main controlling project is the Guihua Tunnel (3.222km), the key projects are the relief line spanning the existing Lanyu Railway (the main span is 100m rotating construction) and the Raojiaqiang bridge across the Lanyu Railway (the existing Lanyu line is a 4-hole gate pier). The length of the main line of this section is DK0+000～D2K28+500 (the length of the main line is 25.847 kilometers), and the D1K0+000-DK10+200 section is about 10km long for construction near or close to the business line.

The project is planned to have a total construction period of 33 months, with a planned start date of October 2020 and a planned completion date of July 2023.
