On the afternoon of September 9, 2020, in order to develop deeper, broader and more effective cooperation with SPIC, Song Hailiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Construction, paid a visit to the Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the State Power Investment Corporation in Beijing Chang Qian Zhimin, and talked about expanding cooperation fields and cooperation models, and deepening cooperation directions.

Song Hailiang thanked SPIC for its long-term trust, support, assistance and understanding of Energy China, and briefly introduced the business development of Energy China. He said that Energy China and State Power Investment Corporation have a solid foundation for cooperation. He hopes that both parties will integrate advantageous resources to develop a wider range, deeper and deeper, and more in terms of joint construction of think tanks, comprehensive smart energy development, project investment and construction, and overseas business expansion. Effective cooperation, together to make positive contributions to the high-quality development of the national energy industry.

Qian Zhimin welcomed Song Hailiang and his entourage and introduced the development of SPIC's business. He said that Energy China is at the forefront of the industry in terms of power planning and consulting, technology research and development, and has an early "going out", a wide overseas layout and a high degree of internationalization. SPIC and Energy China have close cooperation, and there is broad space for cooperation in the future. It is hoped that both parties can innovate cooperation models in areas such as integrated smart energy and overseas project development, further deepen all-round cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
