In November 2019, Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. actively responded to the national Belt and Road Initiative and Hunan Province’s strategic action plan for linking with the Belt and Road Initiative, and signed the “Strategy for Promoting Agricultural Mechanization and Smart Agricultural Technology Research and Application” with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia Cooperation Memorandum" to establish a strategic partnership. According to the memorandum of cooperation, Zoomlion will conduct in-depth research on Cambodia's agronomy and agricultural technology by donating agricultural machinery and equipment, providing smart agricultural solutions, and dispatching technical personnel, so as to cultivate agricultural mechanization talents and carry out full mechanization of corn planting with Cambodia , Smart agricultural technology research and application and other cooperative demonstrations to promote the transformation and development of modern agriculture in Cambodia.

In 2020, affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, many countries and regions around the world are facing challenges in economy, trade and food security.
